John C. Dolph is the leading global manufacturer of commercial epoxies, resins and varnishes. They are a very conservative, safety conscious company. Vis-Com was contracted to develop and produce an integrated marketing communications plan, which began with an evaluation of Dolph's advertising budget and preparation of an annual marketing calendar. This calendar of events includes ad placement, trade show attendance, comprehensive materials, monthly newsletters and a direct mail program.

We communicate monthly with Dolph's executive team that includes upper management, engineers, scientists, and an in-house marketing team.

Our approach was to launch an ad campaign displaying their "gallery" of products in conjunction with a new website that assists clients in finding the correct product or application for all of their specific needs. Visitors to the site can request specific data sheets, MSDS, download selection charts, request a sample of material or request a price quote.

New programs scheduled for the next year include direct mail, search engine optimization, HTML email campaigns, trade advertisements and press releases. These responses will drive new internal company product development, and the subsequent marketing of those new product lines.
